Sarah joined Wallace in January 2021 as a senior associate. She started her career working as an associate in the corporate group of a leading City law firm where she specialised in a wide range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, joint ventures, partnership agreements, corporate finance and commercial transactions for domestic and international clients. During this time, she worked in their London, Singapore and Paris offices.
Sarah subsequently moved to an in-house role for an international energy business acting as their sole UK legal counsel and sat on the board of directors. As in-house counsel, she was exposed to a broad range of commercial and compliance issues, as well as broadening her legal skill set beyond her extensive corporate law knowledge.
Since joining Wallace, Sarah has continued to work on a broad range of corporate, commercial and compliance projects across a variety of sectors.
