Wallace Advises The Shareholders of The Renewables Consultancy Group (RCG) on its Sale to ERM
The Wallace corporate and employment teams have successfully advised the shareholders of The Renewables Consulting Group on its recent sale to ERM.
Founded in 2015, RCG is a global market intelligence, management consulting and technical advisory firm focussed solely on the global renewable energy industry. The RCG team numbers 60 experts in numerous offices in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Becoming part of the ERM Group will strengthen RCG’s capabilities to advise its worldwide client base on renewable energy assets with its deep sector experience in offshore wind projects.
ERM is a global sustainability consultancy with a global presence across 40 countries.
RCG’s leadership team joins the ERM Partnership.
