Wallace quartet and litigation team recognised
The 2025 edition of the Chambers & Partners guide to the UK legal profession recommends four of our lawyers and also our commercial litigation team generally.
We are particularly delighted to see our employment associate, Leigh Janes, recognised for the first time as an “associate to watch”. Leigh is described as “excellent” and having “a wealth of knowledge”. Her communication is praised as “responsive, enlightening, and very thorough” and client feedback is that "she breaks down advice into understandable language and explains both the risks and challenges" while still managing to be “incredibly quick to answer all questions”.
Our Head of Employment, Daniel Isaac, is ranked for the twentieth consecutive year and described as “incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and solution focused” and "a calming presence”.
Head of Commercial Litigation, Alex Weinberg, is ranked for the sixth consecutive year. He is described as “a highly intelligent, incisive and brilliant strategist" who “leaves no stone unturned in seeking to do his best for his clients." Also – to his delight – someone referred to him as “an extremely impressive young lawyer” (working at Wallace keeps him looking youthful).
Fellow litigation partner, the “thoughtful” and “hard-working” Oli Goldman, is ranked as “Up and Coming” and described as “a hugely experienced partner and a calm and innovative lawyer." Client feedback includes that he is “a strong and focused worker with a defined plan" and has “an ability to understand how a case is moving in the wider context."
The Commercial and Corporate Litigation team is ranked for the fifth consecutive year, described as having “a classy array of litigators" where “there are no weak links, which is incredibly reassuring for a client.”
