The Wallace corporate and employment teams advised Integrum ESG in relation to the injection of growth funding by YFM Equity Partners.
Founded by Shai Hill in 2019, Integrum ESG provides an objective ESG scoring and benchmarking platform to both public and private market asset managers and their advisers. The platform combines proprietary AI and machine learning with human analytics to provide asset managers with bespoke reporting solutions for regulatory compliance and real time controversy alerts.
Wallace has assisted on all aspects of Integrum ESG’s operations since the incorporation of the business. Wallace has advised on all corporate aspects of Integrum ESG’s investment rounds plus all of its commercial and technology agreements together with employment and staff incentive advice.
