Wallace Advises Acutest on its Sale to Capita
Wallace advised the founders of Acutest during its sale to Capita. Founded in 2002, Acutest is a leading independent software testing services provider that has consistently grown by delivering value to a wide customer base from start-ups through to blue chip multinational organisations. Capita is the UK’s leading provider of business process management, listed on the London Stock Exchange the firm delivers client, administration and professional support services throughout the UK, Europe and India. This acquisition reinforces their strategy to grow their footprint in the technology services market, as well as developing their software testing business in the UK.
The sale was completed in January 2017. John Woodhouse led the Wallace corporate team.
