Nicola is a commercial litigator with over 30 years' experience in the City. She specialises in high value fraud, financial services and trust and succession litigation, often providing strategic advice to corporates and high net worth individuals on the coordination of cross border disputes across multiple jurisdictions, and the interplay of civil and criminal proceedings.

Nicola has extensive experience in jurisdictional disputes, interim injunctions, especially freezing orders, and a particular interest in sanctions and civil asset recovery. She also advises clients on regulatory investigations, representing finance and legal professionals in investigations by both UK and overseas authorities, and international succession disputes.
