The Wallace team is delighted to have advised the shareholders of Ecuity Advisory on the successful sale of the company to Gemserv.

Specialist consultancy Ecuity focuses on sustainable energy policy.  Ecuity has clients across the public and private sectors in the energy industry, government departments and trade associations.  Ecuity and Gemserv had already worked together on the government-funded Heat Networks Investment Project.

Founders James Higgins, Ilias Vazaios and Dave Sowden will all take up senior positions in the combined business which now numbers some 220 staff and annual revenues of around £30 million.

John Woodhouse led the Wallace team assisted by senior associate Laura Gillard and corporate associate Sabrina Mitchell.  Janey Wayne advised on all property aspects of the transaction.

James Higgins commented “The commitment and professionalism from the team that came together at Wallace to make this a reality was superb”.
