Wallace Advises Efficio on its Management Buy-Out of Livingbridge
The Wallace corporate team has successfully advised Efficio Management on the recent conclusion of Efficio’s buy-out of its minority private equity investor, Livingbridge.
Wallace also advised Efficio on the inward investment from Livingbridge, a leading mid-market private equity investor, in 2016.
Since that investment, Efficio has established itself as a clear market leader in procurement consultancy through international expansion, the development of its eFlow digital platform and the expansion of its managed service offering which have all contributed to the Group more than doubling turnover and profits.
Wallace has advised Efficio on its legal affairs for over 15 years and the firm is proud of its longstanding contribution to Efficio’s continued success and growth.
Efficio has been featured in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, the FT1000 list of Europe’s fastest growing companies and is named within the UK’s leading management consultants.
Jens Pedersen, CEO commented:
“The Wallace team has successfully supported Efficio for many years and has again proved invaluable in steering the group through this latest transaction which was completed quickly and efficiently. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Wallace over the next phase of Efficio’s growth.”
The Wallace team comprised of corporate partners John Woodhouse and David Judah, supported by Laura Gillard, Sabrina Mitchell and Harriet Montgomery.
