Wallace Joins the Law Firm Alliance
Wallace is delighted to announce its membership of the Law Firm Alliance. Founded in 2000, the Law Firm Alliance (LFA) is an informal network of 50 mid-sized law firms located in North America and Europe, all with a deep commitment to client service. Wallace is the only UK member of the Alliance. Law Firm Alliance members are full-service law firms who have significant experience in nearly every primary practice area and industry sector. Membership is by invitation only. Through a reciprocal referral process the Alliance enables member firms to give their clients access to legal expertise in other jurisdictions, with the knowledge that their client's legal needs will be met with the highest level of professionalism and quality of service.
Member firms additionally benefit through collaboration and the sharing of best practice. There are two international meetings a year and a number of Alliance Communities. Alliance Communities include LFA members with similar practices who regularly collaborate and discuss substantive developments in the law and practice through conference calls and other initiatives.
Rex Newman, Managing partner, Wallace commented:
“I am delighted that we have joined the Law Firm Alliance. There has always been a strong international dimension to our practice in terms of our clients and the deals we do. I have recently returned from the AGM in Denver and I was very impressed by the quality of its organisation, the content and the people that I met. We are already feeling the benefit of our membership. It provides great long-term opportunities for the firm and enhances the service we are able to provide to our clients.”
