Wallace Advises on the Sale of Harlex Consulting to SNP AG
The Wallace team has recently advised the founders of Harlex Consulting on the sale of a majority shareholding in the Group’s holding company to SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner AG. Harlex Consulting is a consulting business focussed on the implementation of IT data migration projects in SAP environments. Harlex was recently named in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 which lists the fastest growing private technology companies in the UK.
SNP AG is a global business, headquartered in Germany, quoted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. SNP is a world leader in enterprise transformation solutions and software.
Harlex Consulting was founded six years ago. The access to SNP’s software, resources and support will help generate further growth. The acquisition will also enhance SNP Group’s presence in the British market.
