Wallace Advises Management of The NAV People on its Recent Management Buyout
Wallace has advised the founders and management team of Vedbaek Holdings which trades as the NAV People (TNP) on the inward investment by FPE Capital into the enlarged TNP group of companies. TNP is the UK’s leading value added reseller of Microsoft Dynamics NAV enterprise resource planning software. Founded in 2009, TNP has grown to employ a team of over 150 servicing over 300 corporate users of Dynamics NAV.
FPE is a growth private equity investor specialising in making investment into dynamic, growth companies in the lower mid-market in the UK. FPE is partnering with the existing TNP management team which will continue to be led by CEO, Ian Humphries.
