Wallace Advises 8Works Consulting on its Sale to Oliver Wyman

Wallace recently advised 8Works Consulting and its US subsidiary on its sale to international consultancy group Oliver Wyman.  8Works employees, based in the UK and Silicon Valley, will be part of Oliver Wyman’s Organizational Effectiveness practice. 8works was founded in 2003 and helps organisations achieve transformation projects by leveraging collaboration techniques and applying the principles of design to the way people work. The firm has helped companies across a range of industries including financial services, healthcare, energy and technology.

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, a New York listed company.

John Woodhouse led the Wallace team, supported by Rebecca Butler.

John and his team at Wallace have been outstanding, providing useful and pragmatic advice every step of the way. We could not have achieved this without their hands on, proactive support - translating the complex into the understandable and taking away the burden of a lot of the necessary but time consuming data collection and documentation. We would highly recommend them to anyone else going through a similar process.
— Mike Moylan-Jones, co-founder, 8Works
