Simren is an associate in the Employment team, advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters.

During her training contract, Simren gained invaluable experience on secondment to a boutique employment-law firm, which cemented her decision to qualify into the area. She has a passion for understanding and helping people, whether that’s a private individual impacted by a difficult situation at work or directors of a company looking to restructure the business.

Simren has experience negotiating settlement agreements for senior executives who may have been unfairly dismissed or discriminated against. She has advised employees of their options when dealing with harassment and bullying in the workplace and has drafted grievances and data subject access requests (DSARs). 

Simren thinks logically and enjoys problem solving. She has received positive feedback about her friendly approach and understanding nature.  

Prior to joining Wallace in October 2024, Simren was a real estate paralegal for 3 years before completing her training contract at a well-regarded West End law firm.
