Sarah is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years’ of experience of working with owner-managed businesses and SMEs.

Sarah trained a qualified with a mid-sized firm, becoming a partner in 2006. She joined Moore Stephens as a tax partner in 2017, subsequently becoming a tax partner with BDO. In 2020 she left BDO to found her own firm, focusing on providing effective, commercially tailored advice to small and medium-sized business.

Sarah’s work with Wallace covers all stages of the business life cycle: from starting and scaling, where she can assist with advice on investment reliefs including SEIS and EIS, or Employee Incentive Schemes including EMI; though acquisitions and succession planning.

Sarah provides pre-sale structuring advice and tax advice in connection with both buy side and sales transactions.
