Jocelyn joined Wallace in 2014 as a trainee, qualifying in 2016, and now deals primarily with commercial property matters but is also well experienced in residential property transactions. She has particular experience in landlord and tenant work, including estate management within the office, retail and leisure sectors.

Jocelyn regularly works with other departments at Wallace to advise clients on property aspects of their transactions, including working on the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Jocelyn’s clients appreciate her attention to detail whilst remaining focused on the wider commercial picture. She is a great communicator, providing clear and precise advice to clients.

  • Acting for Warwick Hotel Group on its acquisition of The Capital Hotel Group based in Knightsbridge.

  • Acting for a Luxembourg based Investment Company in relation to its £11 million acquisition of commercial premises in Belgravia and ongoing estate management.

  • Acting on the purchase of a Grade I listed home in Regent’s Park for £13.8 million.

  • Acting on the sale of a £22.5 million commercial multi-let building in the St James’ area.

  • Acting on the purchase of a Grade II listed home in Highgate, London for £15 million.
