Angus specialises in venture capital and mergers & acquisitions, advising founders, start-ups, scale-ups, entrepreneurs and investors through the fundraising journey to exit. He also has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience, including MBOs, joint ventures, complex commercial arrangements, business restructures and general corporate and commercial matters.
Angus has a strong technology focus but has also worked across a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and energy & resources, for both domestic and international clients.
Angus joined Wallace in April 2023 after over 4 years at Waterfront Law, where he was the head of corporate. Prior to that, Angus worked at Morgan Lewis (London), Linklaters (London) and Clayton Utz (Sydney).

Advising the founders of Lenses.io, a software solutions company which delivers an innovative DataOps portal for all streaming applications and data, on their sale to Celonis SE, a global leader in execution management.
Advising shareholders of Anana Limited, an award-winning systems integrator, innovator and professional services company, on their sale to Horizon Capital-backed Sabio Limited.
Advising the shareholders of a research and development company specialising in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data fusion and autonomy on their sale to FTSE 250-listed Chemring Group.
Advising the shareholders of React News Limited on their sale to Green Street Advisors.
Advising the shareholders of Wandsworth Group, a premium British manufacturer of electrical accessories, lighting controls, healthcare, designers, manufacturers and installers of IP Nurse Call systems, on the sale to Gira SE.
