The Wallace team recently advised the founders of Regulis, Kim and Gill Wharton, on the recent merger with PharmaLex.
Regulis was founded in 2001 and has grown to be a leading consultancy specialising in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance and quality assurance.
PharmaLex is a leading provider of specialised services for the pharma, biotech and medical device industries worldwide.
Corporate partner John Woodhouse led the Wallace team, assisted by senior associate Laura Gillard and corporate associate Sabrina Mitchell. Head of Employment, Daniel Isaac advised the founders on new employment arrangements.
