Wallace advises the shareholders of Bishopsgate Financial Consulting on its sale to Cubematch
The Wallace corporate and employment teams have successfully advised management of Bishopsgate Financial on its recent sale to Cubematch.
Founded in 2009 by Mike Hampson, Bishopsgate is a financial services change management consultancy focussed on business change, compliance and financial crime prevention. Becoming part of the Cubematch group will strengthen Bishopsgate’s capabilities to advise its worldwide client base on specialisms it has not been able to offer before such as data and technology, quality assurance and managed services.
The existing Bishopsgate management team will remain in place, and assignments with existing clients will continue uninterrupted. The two management teams will come together to enable the wider capability to be made available to the firms’ joint client base.
Cubematch is a global change and transformation consultancy specialising in financial services with 6 offices located across Europe and one office in India.
Commenting on the transaction, Mike Hampson, said:
John, Charlotte and the whole Wallace team gave us tremendous support and were available to deal quickly with all issues that arose. I felt comfortable throughout the process and was particularly grateful for the efforts of the team in the final days to completing the transaction. I would always be happy to recommend them.
John Woodhouse led the Wallace corporate team which included Charlotte Wheeldon, Sabrina Mitchell and Imogen Kelland. Daniel Isaac advised on all employment aspects of the transaction.
