Wallace Advises the Founders of Social Life on the Sale to Jellyfish
The Wallace team advised Alistair Parrington and Laura-May Coope, the founding shareholders of award-winning creative agency Social Life, on the sale of the company to Jellyfish.
Alistair and Laura-May are both former BBC Radio 1 producers. They co-founded Social Life in 2014 to specialise in entertainment brand marketing. They subsequently grew Social Life to a 50+ person enterprise based in London, Los Angeles and Amsterdam.
Alistair and Laura-May will continue to lead the team at Jellyfish delivering creative social content for some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands including Netflix.
Corporate partner John Woodhouse led the Wallace team assisted by senior associate Laura Gillard and corporate associate Sabrina Mitchell. Head of employment, Daniel Isaac, advised the shareholders on their new employment arrangements with Jellyfish.
