Wallace advises Fuelsoft on its sale to Rose Street Partners

The Wallace corporate team has successfully advised the founders and senior management team of Fuelsoft on the sale of the company to Rose Street Partners.

Fuelsoft is the provider of software services to the fuel distribution industry.  Founded in 1982 by David Kingsman and John Allen, Birmingham-based Fuelsoft now supports 600,000 fuel cards globally and Fuelsoft’s software administers 16.4 million litres of fuel each day.

Wallace has advised Fuelsoft on all aspects of its business for over a decade, including on corporate, commercial, IP and employment matters.

Rose Street Capital is a new, long term-oriented investor into the UK private market.

John Woodhouse led the Wallace corporate team ably assisted by Sabrina Mitchell and Alexandra Nicholls.

We have worked well with Wallace for a number of years so appointing them to assist with the sale of our business felt the right decision. Wallace guided us very closely throughout the entire sale process, helping us to navigate the complexities of each stage of the transaction. Sabrina, John, Alex and the wider Wallace team were as strong on strategic guidance as matters of detail, communicated clearly with us and with the Buyer team and were outstanding in terms of responsiveness & availability.
