Wallace Advises Efficio on its £80M Refinancing
The Wallace corporate team has advised the Efficio Management Team on its recent club refinancing with HSBC UK, Siemens Bank and M&G Investments.
Proceeds from the transaction will be used to create capacity for continued investment and return value to shareholders, as well as to refinance existing facilities. This represents the second major piece of advice which Wallace has provided to Efficio in the calendar year, advising management on the buyout of private equity investor, Livingbridge, in January.
Efficio has grown to be the leading global procurement consultancy. The group is featured in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 and is recognized in the Financial Times’ 1000 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies and the Financial Times’ list of leading management consultants for the fourth year in a row. Efficio operates across twelve offices in Europe, North America and the Middle East.
PwC advised Efficio on debt and capital advisory work, tax and structuring alongside Wallace’s legal input. Addleshaw Goddard LLP provided legal advice to the club of lenders.
The Wallace team comprised of John Woodhouse, Laura Gillard, Leigh Leach, Imogen Kelland and Katherine Sharp.
