Wallace Advises On Two Deals In The Hospitality Sector

Wallace recently advised two longstanding clients in concluding transactions during September. Laura Gillard led the Wallace team in advising Bob Taylor on the sale of Handmade Pubs to Glendola Leisure. Wallace has acted for Bob and Handmade Pubs since the company was formed in 2012 on property, corporate and intellectual property matters.

Glendola Leisure is a privately owned bar, club and restaurant company. It will take over the Fox on Paul Street in Shoreditch and the Lansdowne in Primrose Hill following the deal.

Property partner Martin Otvos led the Wallace team in advising Lester Hotels, on the sale of the Ramada Leicester hotel to the London Town Group. Wallace has advised Lester Hotels and its main shareholder for over a decade in relation to property, finance, commercial and corporate affairs.

The London Town Group is an established property investment company. Laura Gillard provided corporate input into the deal.
