Wallace advises on sale of Matrix IDM to Rimes Technologies
Wallace has acted for the shareholders of Matrix IDM, an investment data management platform, on its sale to Rimes Technologies, a global strategic data partner for asset managers, asset owners and service providers.
Co-founder Stuart Plane said “The sale of Matrix IDM to EQT-backed Rimes was a complex cash and scrip deal with a multitude of legal issues on three continents. Corporate partners Rex Newman and Charlotte Wheeldon led the transaction with assistance from Sabrina Mitchell and Katherine Sharp and employment support from Leigh Leach.
