Wallace Advises Longstanding Client Excell on its Acquisition of Macseven Consultants Limited
Wallace recently advised Excell’s management team on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Macseven Consultants Limited. Macseven specialises in providing expert Apple and cross platform IT support and services. The acquisition will enhance Excell’s support capabilities and brings valuable Apple expertise into the Group.
The Macseven acquisition is the latest in the series of recent acquisitions by Excell, all of which have been supported by the Wallace corporate team.
Excell is an award-winning Cloud communications business and Wallace has advised on all aspects of its business through its rapid growth over the last 15 years not only in relation to corporate work but also on all commercial and technology requirements, employment issues, staff incentive schemes, real estate advice and dispute resolution.
