Wallace Advises Inzenka on its Sale to Sia Partners
Wallace recently advised Larry Zentner, the founder of consulting firm Inzenka on its sale to international consultancy group, Sia Partners. Larry joins the executive team of Sia Partners UK to jointly lead the enlarged firm’s UK operation.
Inzenka is a consulting firm that specialises in growth and innovation consultancy. It has advised Philips, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and the NHS with launching innovations in healthcare. It has also advised Royal Mail, Danone, Unilever, P&G and Sainsbury’s. Inzenka’s 20 strong consultant team joins Sia with Larry.
Sia is a leading management consultancy with staff in over 20 offices in 15 countries around the world deploying 1,200 consultants worldwide.
