We are delighted to announce that Michael Nixon joined Wallace on 17th June 2024 as a partner in the Property Team
Michael has a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property, having previously worked for a number of major firms in both London and Sydney. Michael acts for a variety of clients and advises on acquisitions, disposals, leasing (both landlord and tenant), development and property management matters. He also acts for finance companies, banks and developers in connection with property finance matters and has particular expertise in the property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
